Position Overview
The Senior Associate, Product Management Sourcing will partner with the Design and Merchandising teams as well as sourcing offices, agents, and factories to ensure the raw material integrity of product from sample to bulk production. The Senior Associate, Product Management and Sourcing owns the development and contributes to the execution of the product strategy for the brand to create the best overall value in terms of product, price, lead-time, and quality. The ideal candidate is passionate about new ideas, works effectively with cross-functional teams and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Product Management/Development (80%)
* Drives end-to-end accountability for managed brands - setting vendors up for success for on-time delivery
* Aligns stake holders and sets priorities for product changes and facilitates resolving roadblocks
* Key stakeholder in vendor allocation recommendations and oversight to align with sourcing goals
* Establishes and develops all seasonal programs to move throughout RL value chain.
* Responsible for costing, quality, case pack confirmation, and testing and alignment across cross-functional teams
* Contributes to price negotiation for all launch and replenishment orders with vendors and cross-functional teams
* Works in GFE+ to maintain updates related to projection attributes - costing, case pack, minimum order quantities, and vendor assignment
* Creates seasonal operational tracker, T&A calendar for launch and special projects
* Contributes to building a business plan for onboarding new vendors. Ensures vendors are onboarded properly to move successfully through the RL supply chain (understanding of all testing, SCC guide, Packaging requirements) connecting the factory with the appropriate cross functional partners as needed.
* Creation of kitting guides for the DC as needed partnering with Production Operations
* Facilitates the achievement of all RL sustainability goals for the tabletop and gifts category
* Responsible for all in-season development for the tabletop and gifts category
* PLM material set up Sourcing (20%)
* Year-over-year costing analysis for textiles and tabletop and gifts categories
* Creating KPI presentations
* Strong understanding of end-to-end business process
* Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
* Capable of working with multiple functional and cultural teams both internally and externally
* Partner with vendors #LI-LF2 #LI-HYBRID

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Experience in product development in a manufacturing and sourcing environment.
* Strong critical thinking. The ability to diagnose situations and suggest solutions, and assess, evaluate, and determine a course of action.
* Ability to effectively manage development/tracking charts.
* Has experience working directly with factories and suppliers.
* Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to form strong partnerships with different departments.
