Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst Extensive experience with OMNI 401k systems is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Project management experience, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the energy sector. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Experience with data visualization tools and software is a plus.
