USGP's CEO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to his various projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software, and possess strong organizational abilities.

Duties:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's Outlook calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

- Provide administrative support such as transcribing meeting notes and preparing reports
- Assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed
- Act as a personal assistant, handling various tasks such as travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining office organization
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members

- Will require a lot of traveling between meetings

Skills:
- Proficiency in Outlook Calendar for scheduling and managing appointments
- Strong moral compass

- Ability to professionally deal with difficult and uncomfortable situations
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is preferred
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of office management procedures and phone systems
- Strong administrative skills, including transcribing meeting notes and preparing reports
