MARKETING ASSISTANT - IMPLEMENTATIONS AND HELP DESK II *This position is based out of our San Antonio, TX Corporate Office.* This role is an entry level position on our marketing team. In partnership with the Sr. Marketing Manager this associate will be responsible for completing tasks in order to ensure the timely launch of all marketing systems and services for our communities - new development and stabilized. In addition to working on implementations this role will serve as a support agent on our marketing help desk assisting our onsite teams with requests such as promotional orders, scheduling photography/videography, updating websites, etc. The associate will also assist with corporate initiatives and in person events as needed.This is an excellent opportunity for an onsite leasing associate looking to make the transition to a corporate marketing role or someone interested in project management within a Marketing Department.You will learn about our latest marketing tactics, brand strategies and how we leverage technology to meet our business needs through assisting our team. This position requires excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Marketing in multifamily is a unique blend of critical thinking and creativity; it just takes someone with a natural curiosity who is willing to commit and open to learning in order to be successful in this role. This person will help support Kairoi's commitment to marketing innovation and technology in a culture of service and excellence.OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLEAssist in the setup and management of the marketing systems and servicesGather and review assets, content, and meet with the operations team to complete implementation questionnairesProactively communicate with all stakeholders on project statusAdjust project timelines as needed due to delays or change of project scopeConduct post launch audits for quality assuranceCommunicate with third party vendors to ensure deliverables are on timeProvide administrative assistance as needed for the marketing departmentParticipate in the setup and hosting of offsite corporate events. Work with communities to collect monthly website/ILS/social media auditsEnsure proper tracking and standard CTAs are in place for all community websitesManage assigned help desk tickets related to orders, scheduling, updates, etc.Assist marketing department with other needs as they arise RequirementsQUALIFICATIONSExtremely detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong planning and process management abilitySelf-directed and able to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented and fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with all levels of associatesBasic knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics B2C in order to support all functions of the marketing departmentPossess knowledge and experience of the tenets of online marketing and customer insightsDemonstrates excellent writing and language skillsExperience using Google Workspace, project management tools, Adobe Creative SuiteApplicable degree and/or experience in a marketing, data and/or multifamily experience with related software programs Effective at managing multiple projects with positive outcomesExceeds at building relationships within a support roleA good sense of humor, naturally curious, and driven to excel
