Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Type: Contract with possible conversion based on performance, end date 12/22/2024

Benefits are available during the contract period

Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Job description:

Coordination of interviews including managing travel arrangements and escort applicants to interviews onsite as needed as well as coordinating debrief sessions to collect interview feedback.

Maintains candidate recruiting profiles in the ATS system and provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.

Point of contact for communication with candidate during entire recruiting process ensuring a smooth and quality candidate experience.

Responsible for Talent Acquisition reporting (monthly, quarterly, etc) via various systems including ATS, Excel, etc.

Serve as SME for all Talent Acquisition processes including process improvements and change management; serves as the TA cross-functional lead on any projects related to candidate experience.

Assist with recruiting efforts for entry level/internal mobility.

Assist the Human Resources team as needed.

Requirements:

Associateâ s Degree required

Must have (3) years of recent experience in a Talent Acquisition coordinator role (not recruiter)

Must have experience with applicant tracking systems

Team player - Must be open to covering receptionist desk as a needed

Background check required.

Drug screening required.
