We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist at Plasma Ruggedized Solutions Inc. in San Jose. Below are the details of the position:
Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: San Jose
Pay: $34-$39 per hour
Duration: 1-month assignment with possible extension
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (Onsite)
Required Experience:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise
- Understanding of Accounts Payable processes in the manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with manufacturing procedures such as Sales Quotes, Purchase Orders, Packing Slips, and Invoices
- Experience in matching invoices/bills to packing slips
- Heavy data entry into QuickBooks
- Bookkeeping experience
- Solid accounting knowledge
- Sales tax experience, particularly with materials
Educational Requirements:
- AA in Accounting or BS in Accounting
