This Case Management Assistant position is located Direct Reports (DR), Civil Rights, Liberties, Ombudsman and Traveler Engagement (CRLOTE), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Duties include but are not limited to:
Using detailed knowledge and experience, accesses the redress case management database to process and track redress applications from the traveling public, and reviews incoming applications for completeness ensuring that they are referred to the correct partner organization for analysis.
Assists supervisor in researching and obtaining information to prepare findings, review plans and special studies.
Prepares a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring reports and other documents and reviews/finalizes documents prepared by others.
Carries out administrative support functions including organizational inbox management and file maintenance. Incumbent plans and coordinates the work of the office.
