Job Overview

Case Management Consulting, LLC is looking for a Security Training Specialist to enhance the capabilities of our Security Education and Awareness Team. This role is essential in supporting the Office of Security, SIS, within the Security and Installations Directorate (SI). The primary goal of this office is to safeguard NGA's personnel, facilities, information, and systems while offering guidance and oversight to ensure a robust protection program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert advice, assistance, and hands-on support for all Security Education and Awareness (SEA) initiatives.
  • Ensure a program that consistently highlights security concerns to the relevant authorities.
  • Assist in the administration of training courses, including scheduling participants for both internal and external training sessions, along with providing customer service.
  • Maintain an updated distribution list for product inventories related to security.
  • Support both internal and external SEA events, which may require occasional travel.
  • Provide comprehensive expertise in the SEA program.
  • Facilitate the execution of the Information Security Program (ISP) and Operations Security (OPSEC) Program.
  • Plan, coordinate, schedule, and promote the SEA Program at local and regional levels, including an annual security event at the headquarters and major sites.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the SEA program and propose improvements.
  • Prepare SEA presentations and materials, such as website content and computer-based training modules.
  • Collaborate with the SEA team and other divisions to define the scope and direction of the program.
  • Establish and nurture training relationships and networks with external government entities.
  • Assist in managing the inventory of SEA materials, including ordering and tracking.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a business or management-related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative management and support roles.
  • Familiarity with the Defense Travel System (DTS) and other travel management software, along with experience in travel planning and coordination.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with the ability to independently create materials using these tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with NCERTS, including tracking internal and external tasks and managing staff packages.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in staff officer roles.
  • A self-starter who can effectively collaborate within the Component Leadership Team.
