Job Overview

Position Summary:

Are you prepared to contribute to a mission that is crucial for national safety? CASE Management Consulting, LLC is in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Personnel Security Analyst to enhance the operations of the Personnel Security Division. This role is vital for executing the Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP) and conducting national security assessments in accordance with established federal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, document, and submit all pertinent information from employees and contractors within specified timeframes.
  • Manage security-related reports, ensuring compliance with established deadlines: two working days for high-risk cases, ten working days for medium-risk cases, and thirty calendar days for low-risk cases.
  • Conduct targeted interviews with personnel at various levels to address security issues and compile comprehensive investigation reports with relevant mitigating details.
  • Perform thorough interviews with subjects and sources while maintaining precise documentation.
  • Examine requested records to extract critical information necessary for evaluating an individual's reliability and trustworthiness.
  • Utilize the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and Scattered Castles for information management.
  • Document, file, and preserve all actions within the PeopleSoft security management system.
  • Collect and analyze information obtained through Automated Records Checks (ARC) and the Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP) in line with mandated timelines.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the thirteen Adjudicative Guidelines (SEAD 4).
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all ARC and CEP events as required.
  • Comply with non-disclosure agreements and Privacy Act regulations to safeguard sensitive and classified information.
  • Exhibit strong writing skills and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Experience: Relevant years of experience in the field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
