Job Description

Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity.Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.Coordinate and oversee maintenance of office equipment and facilities.Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up workstations and orientations.Organize office events and meetings, including scheduling, preparation, and logistics.Act as the point of contact for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, and equipment.Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g., supplies, equipment, facilities).Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures.Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Office Administrator, or similar role.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software (e.g., ERP systems).Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.Experience managing office budgets and expenses is a plus.Knowledge of basic accounting principles.High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
