Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Leading sales efforts for multiple hotels, ensuring team productivity. Developing and implementing the Annual Business Plan in collaboration with General Managers. Identifying new business opportunities through cold calls, sales blitzes, and industry networking. Maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue by participating in weekly Revenue Management Meetings. Leading direct selling efforts to achieve sales goals. Training and motivating a high-performing sales team. Analyzing market trends to optimize hotel revenue and profitability. Maintaining a strong presence in the community through active participation in industry organizations and events. Ideal CandidateIf you have at least 2 years of hospitality sales leadership experience with a proven track record of achieving sales goals, we'd love to hear from you Preferably, you'll also hold an AA or Bachelor's degree and have experience handling hotel operations systems and sales CRMs.Why Apply?
