Your New Role
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Frank's Repair Plumbing, Inc., you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and requests with top-notch customer service.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, maintaining our high service standards.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and on time, ensuring customer information is up-to-date.
  • Use Microsoft Office 365 programs for various tasks, including document creation and email communication.
  • Learn and use our CRM system, ServiceTitan, to manage customer interactions and service requests.
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed, including data entry and accounts payable.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive support to customers.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
