Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the agency owner to develop and implement customer contact strategies.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of customer loyalty initiatives and satisfaction efforts.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a sense of loyalty and trust.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to cross-sell current customers auto, home, and business products.
  • Property & Casualty license.
  • Experience with PC software applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and Internet Explorer.
  • Proficiency with metrics and analytics.
  • Ability to coach and develop others.
  • A valid driver's license.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $17/hour, plus commissions.
  • A full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
