School Finance Coordinator

The School Finance Coordinator will work to support the development and management of food service programs, coordinate financial oversight for awarded grants across the CS Partner's portfolio of charter schools and assist with various budget and accounting as well as technical needs within the company . Exceptional task management skills and communication is necessary for this position. Essential Functions:
Support Food Service Director with audits, required reporting and administrative functions..
Compile food service bids and board summaries for vendor selection.
Visit School Food Service programs at client schools to observe, document programs and work with the Food Service Director on internal systems.
Support financial functions including technology, budget and accounting and grant coordination.
Work in software systems and Google platform to organize, manage and complete required tasks.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Qualification Requirements:
Completed at least two years of study at an institution of higher education (equal to 60 semester hours); or
Obtain an associate's degree (or higher)
Strong organization and communication skills
Knowledge of grant funding policies, procedures and regulations
Ability to analyze financial data
