What will I be doing?

As Senior Sales Manager at Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor, you will be responsible for securing groups and establishing relationships with customers. You will:

Research, solicit, and generate new leads for group opportunities through proactive sales efforts. Develop business strategies by analyzing historical, current, and future hotel and market trends. Consistently maximize revenue and profitability for all hotel revenue streams. Actively engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention Bureau, and Intermediaries to retain existing customers and secure new business for the hotel. Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for a designated market. Conduct site inspections and create business proposals tailored to customer needs. Negotiate contracts and commission agreements with customers and intermediaries, ensuring solutions that align with the financial goals of the hotel. Engage in outside sales activities, attend tradeshows, and participate in customer events to build relationships and win new business. #LI-AT3 Requirements
