Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Salesperson to join our sales team. As a Salesperson at Fieldin, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and closing new sales opportunities. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting Fieldin's solutions in a compelling manner. This role requires a proactive, energetic individual who is hungry for success and eager to make a significant impact.


Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Agtech or Agriculture industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of customers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry for success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new sales opportunities within the agricultural sector in CA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Present and demonstrate Fieldin's products and solutions to potential customers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.

Pay Disclosure


Salary for California-Based Applicants: $65,000 per year plus Commission (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
