Job Description
Reporting to the OPX Manager, the Supply Chain Inventory Analyst's primary duties are to:
1.    Ensure inventory accuracy of raw materials required for production, ensuring inventory accuracy within SAP and accurate production reporting in Mini MIINT and SAP.  This includes all raw material movements to & from supply/usage areas and validation of production to ensure accurate consumption.  Raw materials include ingredients, packaging and Work in Process, i.e., all components needed to produce/assemble Finished Product.
2.    Work with vendors to guide them through the new vendor setup process and to procure various items for the plant using SAP and Ariba as required. Work with corporate purchasing and vendors to set up and manage blanket POs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•    Work closely with the Finance, Warehousing & Production Teams to ensure material movement/usage is reported correctly & accurately.
•    Perform required inventory verification.  Will include weekend and holiday work.
•    Work closely with Master Data to ensure proper BOM & Material Master setups/maintenance - including cut-over & substitutions of raw material changes.
•    Work with operators to ensure all production confirmations are completed accurately.
•    Work closely with Supply Chain, monitoring Process Order, Batch Numbering,  Mini-MIINT scheduling accuracy/completeness.  Report SAP inventory inaccuracies and work together to reconcile variances.
•    Monitor & validate (TECO) all Process Orders in accordance to Accounting's weekly & monthly requirements.
•    Drive system health and accuracy for PSA inventory.  Monitor & help reconcile critical stocks.
•    Assist with root cause analysis on inventory inaccuracies to determine reasons for variances.
•    Support Production Planning.  Supplemental source for Process Order generation and adjustments in the absence of any schedulers or for special situations.
•    Manage purchasing and inventory levels of Plant Office supplies.
•    Work with vendors and corporate payables team to resolve invoice exceptions.
•    Perform Goods Receipt and Invoice Receiving functions to ensure timely payment of vendors.
•    Identify and negotiate savings on various office and plant supplies. 
•    Procure various items for the plant and process SAP requisitions as required.
•    Perform daily delivery of small parcels.
•    Learn and understand basics of Planning & Scheduling in order to perform basic backup activities and serve as a support to the planners. 
•    Meet all plant quality food safety and food security standards and comply with FPA and SOX requirements as appropriate. 
•    Perform other Supply Chain duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
•    Some college or technical certificate preferred. 
•    Minimum of 2 years job related experience preferred.
•    Must be able to work in a team environment. 
•    Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. 
•    Should possess excellent math, logical/analytical and decision-making skills.
•    Self Starter and results oriented.
•    Logical, organized, flexible, and multi-tasked oriented.

Computer Skills
Computer proficiency is required in the following:  Windows-based software applications (Word, Excel, Access), Desktop Publishing, and Power Point.
SAP, Envision, Microsoft Outlook, and Skype experience preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $28.00.
 

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
