PACS is seeking a talented accounting professional to join our reporting team. You will be a key player in creating and providing valuable information to both internal and external stakeholders across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department and other teams as needed.
  • Participate in onboarding new employees, including organizing orientation materials and sessions.
  • Conduct I9 audits to ensure compliance with employment eligibility verification requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records in the HRIS system.
  • Assist with HR projects
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all HR and company information.
  • Support the HR team with compliance checks and follow-up on documentation for audits.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the HR department.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws, including I9 compliance.
