The Landing Resort located in downtown Egg Harbor is seeking reliable and responsible full-time or part-time year-round Front Desk Staff. Candidate must be a team player and available to work a variety of shifts including weekend rotations. General shifts are: 7/8am-3pm, 11am-7pm, or 2/3pm-9/10pm. We can be flexible depending on your needs or situation. Knowledge of Lodgical Solutions reservations system is helpful but we are willing to train.

Duties include: Answering calls, taking reservations, check-in/out procedures, assisting guests with needs, maintaining lobby coffee service and cleanliness, assisting with in-house laundry and other various tasks as needed.

Starting pay is: $17-$19/hr or more depending on experience and an additional $2/hr weekend premium is paid May thru October. For full-time, year-round candidates we offer dental and health insurance, life & disability coverage, and corporate YMCA memberships. We also offer a refer a friend program, paid time off, employee free night stays, use of facilities, a friends and family discount, and an end of the season bonus program for all employees.

We do not offer housing.

The Landing Resort is a condominium resort located in the village of Egg Harbor. We offer our 60 - 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suites as nightly rentals. We are walking distance to shops, restaurants, breweries, distillary, market, harbor, marina, and beach.
