Position Summary

The Team Coordinator serves a key role in supporting the administration of our recruiting, onboarding, training, and operational efforts for our Medispa and Acupuncture programs. The role will optimize all administration allowing the Medispa Doctor’s and Acupuncturist Practitioners to join their cruise ship efficiently and effectively.  The position requires a strong work ethic, a team-first approach to tasks, and self-starter mindset for development and growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Recruiting – Review applications and conduct interviews effectively screening potential hires identifying position suitability. Schedule applicant interviews with Senior Manager of Operations and Medical Director.

Communication – Maintain regular communication with applicants and recruits to upkeep readiness and preparedness. Work in unison with the London Wellness Academy team on status in the process of all new hires.

Physician Training – Lead the setup and organization of all training course requirements, such as documentation, training folders, consultation paperwork, physician’s lunches, training room supplies, cleanliness, and sanitation. Work with other team members to ensure smooth and cohesive training.

Outside Vendor Trainings – Coordinate and organize specialized trainings with outside vendors, including but not limited to Thermage, CoolSculpting, and TruSculpt.

Product Support – Manage equipment troubleshooting process through completion, including scheduling technicians’ ships visitor passes. Monitor and action open equipment resolution cases.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Spanish speaking is advantageous
  • At least 2 years of professional working experience

  • Goal-oriented with a focus on driving results
