Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsible for the operations of the customer service department. Proactively reviews and validates deployment project plans identifying risks, issues, and gaps that could impact project timelines and goals to maintain a healthy and friendly relationship between customer service agents and the organization.

  • Creating a reliable customer loyalty program
  • Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals
  • Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints promptly
  • Maintaining relationships with profitable customers
  • Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys
  • Makes sure that orders are accurately packed according to finished product company specifications.
  • Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
  • Responding to customer service issues promptly.
  • Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Implementing an effective customer loyalty program.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
  • Hiring and training new customer service representatives.
  • Managing the approved budget of the customer service department.
  • Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Various reports needed to support the business
