  • Working with us, you will: Lead a team of sustainability professionals including sustainability specialists, strategists, initiative champions, and market/discipline affinity group leaders in their support of sustainability services, education programs, and design integration.
  • Manage external partner relationships such as Architecture 2030, International Living Future Institute, USGBC, Healthy Building Network, Carbon Leadership Forum, etc.
  • Be actively engaged in projects, providing technical guidance based on your knowledge of sustainability, energy modeling, daylight modeling, etc.
  • In partnership with the Director of Performance Analytics, develop and implement democratized sustainability tools, resources, and training to all staff to support general expertise in sustainability topics.
  • Minimum 15 years relevant experience in environmental sustainability, environmental management, engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, or equivalent consulting experience focused specifically on sustainability.
  • A proven integrated and holistic approach to all areas of sustainability.
  • Extensive knowledge of LEED and other relevant sustainability certification programs.
