Discover your exciting roleThe Specialist, Accounting will be responsible for supporting project accounting tasks to achieve smooth operations on the either a dedicated project or on the overall project accounting function.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities- Ensures understanding of the project contractual scopes, commercial terms and conditions, rights, liabilities and risks
- Sets up the project while meeting accounting requirements and company standard procedure as required
- Regularly reviews project costs in detail and compares with the budget/forecast, and is responsible for the monthly cost accrual
- Ensures the accuracy and timely billings to the clients
- Prepares the project cash flow
- Supports Project Managers on project budget/forecast
- Supports Project Managers on monthly closeout and reviews
- Supports the project commercial close out on the tasks related to the project accounting function
- Other duties as assigned

Show your expertise- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- No prior experience with a degree
- 3+ years of experience without a degree
- Construction industry experience
- Project accounting relative experience
- ERP system knowledge is required. Oracle system knowledge is preferred
- Accounting knowledge is required
- Proficiency with MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the capacity to maintain information confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills
- Good at processes and training
- Ability to work independently
- Able to work under time pressure
