  • Aligns team members' activities to meet customer strategic initiatives balanced against the needs of GI shareholders.
  • Reviews and monitors growth trends across the client base and in individual accounts to maximize account penetration by identifying additional selling opportunities.
  • Develops clear strategies and tactics to convert business for accounts with competing MRO suppliers by identifying and communicating GI differentiators.
  • Coordinates with the Regional Sales Vice President to develop strategic sales plans and execute stated goals.
  • Competencies and Skills BA/BS Degree with a minimum of 8 years' related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.
