About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Director to oversee the sales function for our geosynthetic solutions in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and gross margin growth, developing strategic plans to reach sales targets, and collaborating with directors and VPs to ensure alignment with company-wide goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all sales function in the Area as relates to InterAx, H Series, TriAx, BX, GlasGrid, GlasPave and other assigned product sales revenue and gross margin
  • Define the required levels of promotional activities required by functional group (Area Engineer, Regional Sales Manager, et. al) for the Area
  • Collaborate with directors / VPs of allied business units to ensure goals and objectives are aligned company wide
  • Develop annual goals and strategic initiatives that are measurable and accountable
  • Develop and execute a strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Demonstrated proficiency in forecast methodologies
  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring to verify data accuracy and understand data fluctuations
Requirements
  • A minimum of five (5) years of distribution and business management experience within the construction products industry. Preferable experience will include Marketing and selling engineered solutions
  • Authorized to work in the country of the position
  • Experience in selling value added engineered solutions
  • Five to ten years of proven sales management experience
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, required
