Our Account Executives work with insurance agency professionals in a fast-paced environment where performance is rewarded and integrity and service are our constant guidelines. High-performing, focused Account Executives have the ability to produce a total compensation of $100,000 plus. An Account Executive must be amazing at engaging and building relationships, an outstanding communicator and presenter, and a consistent closer. We need our next sales star to maintain and bring in the best accounts. Maintain and maximize current client base utilizing CRM
* Perform continual prospecting: cold calling, following up on leads and referrals, and contacting new offices and personnel in the office of existing customers
* Follow up on sales activity via phone and/or email communication
* Manage full-cycle sales process from prospecting to closing of project
* Develop and maintain accurate customer files in order to enable easy tracking of an account's progress
* Maintain weekly and monthly sales activity reports
* Meet regularly with the Vice President to discuss current challenges and future sales opportunities
* Analyze client base so that you can determine best marketing approach, organize events and other situations that help drive sales
* Minimum Experience: One to two (1-2) years of experience and/or training in outside sales
* Expected to be proficient in Microsoft Office
* Expected to analyze, interpret and communicate data effectively both verbally and in writing
