COMMUNICATION: SUPPORT: WHAT YOU WILL DO AS THE Business Development Northeast Regional Director:
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and expand our market presence.
Cultivate and nurture existing relationships with CPA firms and financial partners to enhance collaboration and business opportunities.
Apply your consultative sales expertise to understand clients' needs, providing tailored solutions that align with our mission.
Demonstrate high energy and drive as a true sales hunter, proactively seeking out and pursuing potential leads.
Utilize your strong communication skills to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information and support.
Embrace and adapt to new skills and technologies to stay ahead in the ever-evolving field of tax consulting, maintaining a cutting-edge approach.
Consistently achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the achievement of team sales targets, leveraging your track record of success.
Strategic Thinker – You possess the ability to see the bigger picture and formulate effective, long-term sales strategies.
Driven Sales Hunter – You have an unwavering determination to seek out and secure new opportunities and clients.
Results-Oriented Achiever – You consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven track record in consultative sales, ideally in the financial or tax industry.
Existing relationships and networks with CPA firms and financial partners.
Strong understanding of finance and tax principles.
