Are you connected to Workers Comp Claimant attorneys or Personal Injury attorneys? And/or do you have established relationships with doctors who care for injured workers? If you possess these assets, as well as dedicaiton and experience in sales, then this may be your perfect opportunity.


This is a remote role as Business Development Manager (BDM). Established relationships and the ability to not only cultivate quality relationships, but hunt new business is the key to success as a BDM for RescueMeds.


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role requires effective communication skills, including presentation and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and remotely.

RescueMeds Work Injury Pharmacy is a company that was founded with a mission to provide Reliable Care at no-cost to the injured worker. We specialize in providing medication solutions to injured workers with a workers compensqtion case- many who face difficulties with adjusters or insurance companies, or encounter medication roadblocks. Our core values include valuing first responders, prioritizing patient recovery, upholding integrity, and delivering superior service. We are committed to shipping medication during all stages of litigation, including prior to compensability on reviewed cases.


Qualifications


  • Established relationships within the workers compensation/PI space.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales.
  • Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
