What You'll Do:

- Proactively prospect, cultivate, and close new business within the accounting and finance space

- Deeply understand clients' businesses to recommend tailored staffing solutions

- Build trusting relationships with key decision-makers at target companies

- Educate A&F clients on workforce trends and the value of our services

- Collaborate with recruiting teams to align top talent with client needs

- Establish a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets

- Negotiate contracts and terms to drive profitability

- Represent the Specialized Recruiting Group brand at industry events


What We Need:

- Proven track record of staffing/recruiting sales success, ideally in A&F

- Deep familiarity with accounting/finance roles and hiring needs

- Passion for professional relationship-building and providing A+ client experiences

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

- In-depth knowledge of staffing industry trends and workforce solutions

- Competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced, goals-focused environment

- Ability to travel as needed to clients throughout [region]
