Inside Sales Representative


C.A. Picard is seeking a motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Battle Creek, Michigan. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our outside sales team of 8 professionals, driving customer acquisition, and fostering strong relationships with our client base.


Responsibilities:


- Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and targeted marketing efforts

- Maintain and update customer information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

- Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify sales opportunities and provide seamless support

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide product/service information

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of C.A. Picard's products and services

- Participate in marketing initiatives, including the creation of sales materials and collateral

- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients

- Monthly BI (Business Intelligence) report


Requirements:

- Proven experience in an inside sales or customer service role

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing abilities

- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ACT)

- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Highly organized with attention to detail

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

-Competent in Microsoft 365 products


This inside sales role will report directly to the Engineering Service/Marketing Manager and work closely with the outside sales team to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
