POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Customer Service Rep (Inside Sales) at Freedom Motors USA, your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, address customer inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role demands a proactive and organized individual with outstanding communication abilities and a commitment to fostering relationships.
Your efforts will be acknowledged and rewarded as you play a crucial role in the sales process. Your journey begins by engaging with national inquiries stemming from various marketing channels.
You will reach out to these inquiries and transform them into qualified leads, guiding clients through the selection and acquisition of their new or pre-owned Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle.
We welcome seasoned sales professionals as well as those at the beginning of their sales careers. Our aim is to find a candidate who is either capable of or eager to learn the sales process, ultimately ensuring the successful delivery of vehicles to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
Establish and maintain enduring relationships with clients.
Assess leads based on customer requirements, budget, and timelines.
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to guide them through the sales funnel.
Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Verify and update existing customer information.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Document call information in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Route calls appropriately as per established protocols.
Complete daily tasks by the end of each business day.
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred.
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficient computer skills.
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions and information.
Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
