Position Summary
The insurance sales representative will engage with both personal and commercial insurance clients through direct communication channels, including inbound calls and online inquiries. This role involves assessing client insurance needs and guiding them through available products. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients, maintaining existing accounts, providing customer support, and performing additional tasks as required.

1. Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
2. Foster and manage relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
3. Address inquiries and clarify coverage details regarding policies, limits, and deductibles.
4. Process necessary paperwork related to agents and policyholders.
5. Maintain a high standard of quality and productivity in all tasks.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Possession of an active Property & Casualty License; an active health license is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience, ideally within an insurance agency or call center setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using personal computers and the capability to learn the Hawksoft customer database system.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
