Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Global Talent Marketing Content Creator to its team. This role will work in Boston, MA or New York, NY and works part-time, 20 hours per week. This is a contract role that pays $45 per hour.


As a vital member of the Corporate Marketing team, reporting directly to the Global Employer Brand Director, you'll spearhead our global copy and content strategy. This role spans both internal and external communications, focusing on employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with business units, People, Corporate Communications, and marketing teams, you'll ensure that our talent pool, both current and prospective, engages with our brand in innovative and compelling ways.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Craft and refine copy for diverse marketing collateral, encompassing newsletters, videos, infographics, blog posts, website content, landing pages, emails, and social media.
  • Publish content in a variety of channels including social media and website.
  • Interview employees on a variety of topics and create written form content.
  • Engage with internal talent marketing team.
  • Interact with Head of Communications for content reviews.


Experience and Education Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in content marketing, with a focus on employer brand and recruitment marketing preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.


Systems/Software Proficiencies:

  • Proficiency in Sprinklr and Airtable preferred.

  • Experience working in a range of platforms from digital to video and writing in a range of content types, such as long copy, performance headlines, and social posts.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, work practically, and do hard things well with speed and urgency.
  • Operate effectively in a lean, fluid and evolving team, with a bias for action.
  • Ability to receive and integrate feedback from various stakeholders seamlessly into creative outputs.
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar and ability to adapt to voice & tone.
  • Experience collaborating and working cross functionally in a highly matrixed organization.
