The opportunity:
We are in search of an accomplished Content Marketing Manager to join our global Marketing team. Under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will work alongside our Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales and Product teams to create and execute a content strategy that elevates the company’s brand, extends our reach and accelerates demand generation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the production of demand generation-oriented content for Financial Services and/or Technology firms.
What you’ll do:
- Create and execute on a strategy to produce best-in-class content that supports Rimes’ go-to-market strategy; collaborate cross-functionally to identify content needs, topics and formats that align with our Product and Sales objectives.
- Own the development and execution of an “always on” content model that fuels a robust, multi-channel demand generation program; help drive the redesign of www.rimes.com to better showcase content and improve demand generation performance.
- Build and maintain an editorial calendar that positions Rimes at the forefront of emergent industry themes; own editorial standards and corporate tone of voice.
- Produce or oversee the creation of high-quality content, including landing pages, blogs, infographics, explainer videos, ad copy, white papers, ebooks and more.
- Own the evaluation and integration of emergent AI tools into content production processes.
- Own the effective distribution of content through a combination of owned and paid campaigns, content syndication, etc.
- Partner with Sales Development Reps and Product Marketing to ensure content supports and amplifies Sales-led campaigns as well as remarketing programs.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and external partners to analyze performance data and audience insights to optimize content performance.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to ensure our content stays hyper-relative to clients.
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with 5+ years specializing in content strategy and/or demand generation.
- Keen understanding of and interest in financial services, financial technology and data.
- Outstanding written, visual and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
- Demonstrated experience effectively using content to build demand generation programs and multitouch strategies that produce results.
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Webflow, Google Analytics, Pardot, as well as account-based marketing and sales enablement platforms.
- Data-driven, commercial mindset with ability to analyze metrics and synthesize insights to improve content performance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
