What are we looking for in our Global Sales Support Promotion Specialist ?

Russell Tobin's client, a global cybersecurity company is hiring for a Global Sales Support Promotion Specialist in Plano, TX

The Global Sales Support Promotion Specialist resides within the Finance organization and fulfills a variety of key support functions to help ensure revenue attainment. This role will report to the Global Sales Support Manager.

Employment Type: Contract/ Hybrid

 Location: Plano, TX

Pay rate: $20- $28/hr, DOE

Responsibilities:

  • The Global Sales Support Promotion Specialists, support our Global Sales Team with short term marketing sales promotions.
  • They work with internal business partners to guarantee deals are moving forward by providing quote benefits as well as educate sales on program guidelines.
  • Each GSS team member works out of a shared mailbox and is responsible for managing the promotion alias activities with accuracy and speed.
  • They are also responsible for expediting requests and escalating outstanding scenarios with the leadership team for proper resolution.

Requirements:

  • High school Diploma
  • 2-5 years of related experience sales support
  • Willingness to work extended hours depending on month-end or quarter-end workload.
  • Alternate shifts required to accommodate global requests.

Nice skills to have:

  • Proficiency with Google products & experience in CRM system preferred (Salesforce, CPQ and Steelbrick highly preferred)
