Position Overview: The Business Development Specialist will help support relationships in key industries including, but not limited to the military, government, healthcare and corporate markets. This individual will serve as a main point of contact for our growing list of accounts. This role is ideal for individuals with some sales and account management experience who are looking to further their career in a meaningful and dynamic field.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients with a focus on driving revenue and providing exceptional support.
  • Identify and target potential customers, initiate contact, and build pipeline of opportunities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and ongoing support.
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas within respective channels through effective

planning and budgeting.

  • Utilize CRM to place customer orders, facilitate quotes and track sales
  • opportunities.
  • Participate in events such as trade shows and client visits as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends, industry challenges, and

competitive offerings to effectively position Hyperice products.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably with hard goods, such as consumer electronics, health tech or sporting goods.
  • Strong understanding of the wellness and healthcare industry will be valuable.
  • Ability to think strategically and be able to create new opportunities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing customer
  • relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong connections.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related
  • field preferred.
