About the job

In this position you will spearhead all marketing efforts for your assigned products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in product and technology to shape effective marketing content to deliver measurable results. You will seek to understand your target audience’s needs and everyday challenges and can succinctly explain how bolt’s products help solve customer problems. You’ll conduct market and competitive research, develop differentiating value propositions for B2B SaaS customers, and activate integrated product marketing campaigns that target prospective customers. The ideal candidate should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategy development and execution and be able to work across different marketing disciplines under tight deadlines to meet customer and company’s changing requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product marketing content development and activation.
  • Execute product marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop and execute product marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful product marketing strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all product marketing and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Conceptualize and execute multichannel product marketing campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle (e.g. from acquisition to engagement and conversion and retention), ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of product marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, and communications, or related field.
  • Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns
  • B2B Software SaaS experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
  • Proficient with content management systems
  • Experienced in setting strategy, planning and leading initiatives
  • Creative
  • Self-motivated with high-levels of personal accountability
  • Exceptionally organized and deliberate
