Role Overview:

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for the vision, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, both online and offline. This position involves creating marketing materials and managing resources while collaborating across sales, operations, and marketing functions to enhance brand identity and drive marketing impact that supports sales growth and increases brand awareness through digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead marketing and brand strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives, applying effective marketing strategies and digital tactics.
  • Oversee brand identity development and ensure alignment with ongoing growth initiatives, particularly in both direct sales and e-commerce channels.
  • Manage content creation for company websites, e-commerce platforms, social media, and marketing materials, including brochures and presentations.
  • Drive engagement of relevant B2B customers on company websites to enhance brand recognition and trust, ultimately boosting purchase intent.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, CRM utilization, email, and social media, establishing and measuring KPIs to demonstrate success and ROI.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at driving awareness, increasing sales, and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Implement best practices for CRM to support sales and marketing initiatives, including managing leads and opportunities.
  • Design and execute customer growth and retention campaigns using CRM tools to support sales teams.
  • Enhance customer experience across multiple channels, employing strong analytical skills to measure satisfaction and feedback.
  • Continuously monitor and integrate new digital technologies and web analytics tools to optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, and social media efforts.
  • Manage marketing processes, staff, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of results while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Support event planning within the company, including National Sales Meetings.
  • Collaborate with supplier partners to develop materials that support marketing and sales efforts.
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and brand management, with B2B experience preferred.
  • Proficient in various digital marketing channels, with online marketing experience including email and SEM; Google AdWords certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with outside agencies and vendors.
  • Strong strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to evaluate data and implement effective solutions.

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, copywriting, video editing, and content management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a collaborative team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
