Director, Marketing

At BrandSafway, we're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive our brand forward. As Director, Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that showcase our offerings and support growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic marketing partner to company leadership, supporting various product categories, geographic markets, and market sectors.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and execute cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, establishing key processes critical to success and continuous improvement.
  • Champion the BrandSafway brand, ensuring consistency with overall strategy.
  • Develop and execute trade show strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the industrial or construction market.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a generous 401(k) plan. Salary range for this position is $160-185K.
