Pave Talent, in collaboration with a leading food manufacturing company specializing in pure and natural sweeteners, seeks a passionate and talented Vice President of Sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a key driver in revolutionizing the food ingredients industry and maximizing the impact of groundbreaking clean label sweetening solutions.
About the Company:
Our client has been at the forefront of natural sweetening solutions for over 20 years. They have grown into a comprehensive provider of clean-label sugar reduction solutions, perfectly positioned to help manufacturers meet new FDA guidelines and consumer demand for healthier alternatives.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Train, mentor, and lead the sales team to position themselves as trusted resources for customers.
- Utilize CRM systems to review contacts, create sales projections, and enhance client interactions.
- Represent the company at tradeshows and other industry events to build new relationships.
👤 Candidate Profile:
- Educational Background: Degree in Food Science or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Professional Experience: Proven track record in food ingredient sales and existing relationships with food manufacturers.
- Personal Attributes: Growth-oriented mindset, excellent leadership skills, and strong industry connections.
🎯 What We Offer:
- Competitive salary $100k or more based on experience, plus overrides, bonus plan, and potential profit sharing.
