Job Responsibilities

  • Audit the lease terms and ensure they are input correctly into appropriate databases

  • Correct inaccurate or missing data fields

  • Assist in the timely completion of various project milestones

  • Assist with uploading all documents while ensuring accuracy

  • Communicate effectively both internally and externally

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience with auditing leases or contracts

  • Prior office management/administrative experience required

  • High School diploma

  • Experience in the mortgage, insurance or real estate industry especially considered
