Our Client, A SF law school is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team on a six month contract. An ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and be comfortable working in a busy fast paced environment.


*Please note this is a six month contract role, Pay will be $35-40/HR*


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for EAC’s directors
  • Handle scheduling, arrange travel details, run errands, and perform other executive assistant functions.
  • Answer phones, take notes, participate in and lead staff meetings
  • Make photocopies, scan documents
  • Communicate with IT and maintenance
  • Send emails, handle mail, order and organize supplies, and conduct related administrative/clerical tasks to ensure the office is running smoothly.
  • Maintain, edit, and update EAC Law’s website, manage EAC Law’s and Director’s Twitter and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Help with planning, coordination, and support for various EAC Law events and external presentations
  • communicate with participants and stakeholders
  • prepare and edit slides and presentation materials; coordinate event logistics like catering, room reservations, etc.; and assist with post-event follow-up.
  • Under supervision of directors, act as primary point of contact for specific organizational projects, including continuing ongoing work with developers to complete new EAC website launch and publication of new research report
  • Project management duties include managing deadlines, communicating tasks and priorities effectively with rest of team, editing final products (articles, reports, PowerPoints, etc.), and contributing to distribution strategies.
