We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal in leveraging data to drive strategic marketing decisions. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing marketing data, developing insightful Power BI dashboards, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize our marketing efforts.


Senior Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:


Data Collection & Analysis:

• Gather and analyze marketing data from diverse sources, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, website analytics, email campaigns, and more

• Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies and enhance decision-making


Power BI Dashboard Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Power BI dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with clear visualizations and insights into marketing performance and market trends

• Ensure dashboards are intuitive and effectively communicate key metrics and performance indicators


Advanced Excel Analysis:

• Utilize advanced Excel techniques, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling, to analyze and present data

• Create detailed reports and models that support strategic marketing initiatives and business planning


Campaign Performance Optimization:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through detailed data analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
