Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Account Manager that will plan, manage, and execute projects for clients under the Director of Client Services. This client-facing role focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships to retain and grow their business, making significant decisions with oversight from the Director.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing client relationships
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience and/or exposure


Day to Day:

  • Collaborate with the Account Management team, internal creative teams, clients, and partners to complete projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with other project parameters.
  • Establish project roadmaps and delegate tasks accordingly.
  • Delegate work and assignments to team members according to Company Policy and ensure that projects are completed according to specifications.
  • Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate, attend, and organize internal and external meetings.
  • Liaison between internal teams and the Account Management team.
  • Liaison between client contacts and internal teams.
  • Internally execute assigned tasks and/or facilitate the accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Actively identify client revenue growth opportunities and work with the Director of Client Services to pursue opportunities with clients.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders about (not limited to) strategy, adjustments, risks, and progress.
  • Elevate issues to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Partner with the Director of Client Services to develop and execute marketing plans.
