Marketing Account Manager

Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Account Manager that will plan, manage, and execute projects for clients under the Director of Client Services. This client-facing role focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships to retain and grow their business, making significant decisions with oversight from the Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing client relationships
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience and/or exposure
Day to Day:
- Collaborate with the Account Management team, internal creative teams, clients, and partners to complete projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with other project parameters.
- Establish project roadmaps and delegate tasks accordingly.
- Delegate work and assignments to team members according to Company Policy and ensure that projects are completed according to specifications.
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Facilitate, attend, and organize internal and external meetings.
- Liaison between internal teams and the Account Management team.
- Liaison between client contacts and internal teams.
- Internally execute assigned tasks and/or facilitate the accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Actively identify client revenue growth opportunities and work with the Director of Client Services to pursue opportunities with clients.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders about (not limited to) strategy, adjustments, risks, and progress.
- Elevate issues to leadership in a timely manner.
- Partner with the Director of Client Services to develop and execute marketing plans.
