Fractional Head of Sales & Revenue Enablement Overview:

  • One of our clients is hiring for a Fractional Head of Sales & Revenue Enablement for a contract expected to be between 3 to 6 months long.
  • In this role you will play a critical role in accelerating growth by equipping global front-line teams with the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve key business objectives.
  • This role focuses on developing and maintaining sales outreach and education assets, supporting sales teams, and enhancing client success outreach strategies.

Hourly rate range: $60 - $70/hr, paid weekly

Fractional Head of Sales & Revenue Enablement Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive an enablement strategy aligned with the company’s business goals, collaborating closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment with process and priorities.
  • Prioritize core sales assets across the customer journey and optimize channels to support company and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including Marketing and Client Success programs.
  • Support the implementation and utilization of technologies such as CRM, opportunity management, and digital asset management applications.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and evaluate the success of sales enablement, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to align sales assets with GTM and messaging strategy, leveraging market understanding.
  • Manage and optimize sales channels to maximize discoverability and access to assets, including sales decks, email templates, demo videos, and case studies.
  • Contribute to and coordinate core GTM activities, including webinars, sales kickoffs, and quarterly GTM meetings.
  • Define sales asset best practices and processes, coordinating asset creation and leveraging firm-type value propositions and sales strategy.
  • Lead the Revenue Enablement team, empowering them to deliver value to sellers through efficiently designed programs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across GTM and teams to support revenue enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure sales teams are adequately trained to reduce time to revenue and ensure adherence to sales processes.
  • Track enablement spend against budget and provide executive-level transparency to investments and results.

Fractional Head of Sales & Revenue Enablement Requirements:

  • Relevant sales insight and understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, with prior sales enablement experience in the financial services / fintech industry preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue-related roles, including designing, developing, and implementing sales + revenue enablement programs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen keenly and deliver compelling messages.
  • Ability to establish and prioritize KPIs to determine the impact and effectiveness of enablement efforts.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across practices, regions, and sizes.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and allocating resources efficiently.
