**About the Role**:As the Head of Revenue at TOSHI, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth. Although based in New York, you will oversee growth initiatives in all operational cities for both new revenue generation and expanding existing brand relationships. In addition, you will support the functional leads on day-to-day customer interactions, own the brand reporting function, contribute to brand onboarding, and support pricing decisions while actively participating in contract negotiations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategic Growth Planning:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth initiatives in all operational cities, balancing new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and industry dynamics to inform strategic growth decisions.

Brand Relationship Management:

- Lead and nurture client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery.

Brand Reporting and Analytics:

- Take ownership of the client reporting function, delivering accurate and insightful reports.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Brand Onboarding and Contract Negotiation:

- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Contribute to client-related pricing decisions and actively participate in contract negotiations.

Team Leadership:

- Effectively manage one direct report who is also based in New York.
- Over time, build and lead a high-performing growth team

**What we are looking for**:
**Requirements**:

- You have 7+ years of end-to-end sales and business development experience from sourcing leads, pitching, drafting proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing onboarding
- You are a people person with high emotional intelligence and great communication skills, and are not afraid to pick up the phone and visit client sites at any given moment
- You are fluent in Excel - you enjoy analyzing large sets of data but also feel equally comfortable synthesizing the insights into higher-level big-picture presentations and proposals
- You feel comfortable putting together a pitch deck or a customer-facing presentation on PowerPoint
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to hit the ground running
