Kelly Services is looking for an HR Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition and the Management team, ensuring smooth overall operation and contributes to the success of the client's HR Department.


Talent Acquisition Assistant

  • Pay Rate: $20.00/hr. (paid weekly)
  • Monday-Friday (37.5 hour work week)
  • Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (60min lunch)
  • Work Location: North Dallas


Essential Functions:

  • Communicate directly with job applicants and hiring managers.
  • Publish internal and external advertisement of open jobs.
  • Works directly with the team to troubleshoot and resolve applicant process flow issues.
  • Coordinate and conduct candidate applicant resume review and pre-screens.
  • Initiate the required pre-employment screens.
  • As needed assist with employee reference checks and salary/employment verifications
  • Processing i9’s
  • Update and maintain recruiting files to support the HRBP.
  • Provide high quality, accurate and timely customer service/support to drive internal and external satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with teams to execute hiring goals and strategies.
  • Act as a backup for Front Desk team supporting answering phones, taking messages, and responding to email communications.


Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Recruiting and Human Resources experience.
  • A minimum of 3 year of work experience having worked in a professional office environment in ALL areas of administrative support, human resources, recruiting, and or communications is required.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of constituencies.
  • Candidate should have strong discretion and can maintain confidential information.
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • A strong attention to detail and organizational skills is necessary.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Working knowledge of application tracking systems such as HRIS and ATS (PeopleSoft and Taleo) is preferred.
