Our work environment includes:
- Modern office setting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the office, including common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
- Manage and stock kitchen supplies, office supplies, and other essentials, ensuring that all items are readily available as needed.
- Perform bank runs for financial transactions as required by the management.
- Conduct supply runs to local vendors and manage procurement of necessary items.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of office meetings and events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including filing, photocopying, and document management.
- Support office management in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
