Account Executive

We are looking for an Account Executive to support our client's Southern California market. The ideal candidate will focus on prospecting and hunting for new business opportunities within the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry or B2B markets. You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales quotas. This role requires a high level of activity, targeting mid-market clients and managing transactional and complex sales cycles.

Qualifications:
- 1-4 years in HCM sales OR 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales in a SaaS or Tech sales environment
- Strong focus on growing accounts and net new business development opportunities
- Proven track record of quota achievement in a fast-paced environment
