Cocomint Inc is also a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP), which offers management services for brands looking to scale their presence and operations on TikTok Shop.


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.


The ideal candidate will have prior experience working for an eCommerce company, having skills related to administrative support, logistics, and customer service.


Additional experience with affiliate and influencer marketing is preferred, but can be learned on the job.

Preference will be given to those with prior experience or interest in skincare and cosmetics.


Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Manage order fulfillment issues and respond to refund requests

- Coordinate the distribution of samples to affiliates

- Troubleshoot issues related to inventory processing and shipments

- Cooperate with cross functional teams for the daily management of the online accounts

- Utilize tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other software for efficient operations


Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree

- 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce operations and customer service

- Knowledge of and experience in the beauty industry is preferred

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Previous experience in office administration or operations is a plus
